Jinnkiss Natural Fir Cat Tree
The Jinnkiss cat tree is made from natural fir, without the addition of chemicals, oils or paints. This design allows for easy cleaning with a simple damp cloth.
Washable and Hypoallergenic Cushions
Our cushions, with removable covers for easy maintenance, are designed for the health and comfort of your animals:
- Machine washable : Our cushions can be machine washed at up to 40 degrees, ideal for preventing allergies. The natural permeability of our cushions avoids the use of waterproofing products, allowing better breathing, so it is normal for little pees to pass through.
Natural Sun Drying
After washing, let the cushions air dry, preferably in the sun. Natural UV rays have a whitening and disinfecting effect on textiles, removing stains, sanitizing the fabric and reviving its natural colors.
Returns and exchanges
ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POSSIBLE? 🥳
You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return.
The returned product must be new, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Personalizing a product causes the customer to lose the right of withdrawal.
To do this, nothing could be simpler, send us an e-mail to contact@jinnkiss.fr and we will take care of validating your return.
Once your return request has been accepted, you will need to return the item(s) to us within a maximum of 14 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Where are they made?
The wood is directly cut, sanded and finished in our premises in Entzheim.
The cat tree cushions are made by our seamstresses in Colmar, it is the same fabric as for our cushions.
With a fabric labeled Alsace Terre Textile.
