You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return.
The returned product must be new, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Personalizing a product causes the customer to lose the right of withdrawal.

To do this, nothing could be simpler, send us an e-mail to contact@jinnkiss.fr and we will take care of validating your return.
Once your return request has been accepted, you will need to return the item(s) to us within a maximum of 14 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
